Business Operations Manager

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to join our team as an Office Administrator at Grandir UK. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting the smooth operation of our nursery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential records, resolving account queries, and preparing banking and payroll spreadsheets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain family and account records on the nursery computer program Connect.
- Review monthly Suggested Fee Report.
- Resolve account queries, including administration of childcare vouchers, collecting fees, and pursuing outstanding fees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential staff, children, and parent records.
- Send reports to Head Office.
- Prepare banking and monthly payroll spreadsheet.
- Liaise with Nursery Manager and Head Office about general employee administration.
- Send authorized invoices for payment and apply for authorized refunds.
- Keep petty cash records.
- Welcome parents, children, and visitors.
- Communicate pleasantly and effectively in person, in writing, and on the telephone.
- Perform general office duties.
