Waiter/Waitress Opportunity

At Searcys, we are seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Gherkin, an iconic London landmark. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage services during events, private dining room dinners, restaurant service, and bar/lounge service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services.
  • Run sections during restaurant services and assist with events in various roles.
  • Liaise with key personnel to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers.
  • Deal effectively and courteously with customer requests and refer them to the line manager if necessary.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Passion for food and beverage and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
