We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Waiter/Waitressto join our team and play a key role in delivering the exceptional guest experience we are known for.


Key Responsibilitiesfor the Waiter/Waitress:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our menus and offerings
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times
  • Be attentive and readily available to assist guests throughout the service
  • Accurately post food & beverage orders, focusing on dietary needs
  • Deliver food to tables, announcing and explaining dishes with enthusiasm
  • Be genuinely engaged with what the restaurant has to offer and interact with guests

What We Offer:

  • £35,000 per year + generous service charge paid every 2 weeks
  • Guaranteed same two days off each week (closed Sundays & Mondays)
  • Summer closure: Two weeks off every August
  • January closure: First week of January off
  • Daily staff mealsare provided while on shift
  • Work in an award-winning environment with a strong focus on teamwork and guestsatisfaction

Requirementsfor theWaiter/Waitress:

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitressin an upscale restaurant or hotel (this is not an entry-level position)
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and personal hygiene standards
  • Good understanding of food, wine, spirits, cocktails, coffee, and tea
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Must prove theRight to Work in the UK(full-time)
