Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of data science solutions to address complex business problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven insights
  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models and algorithms
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor junior data scientists to develop their skills and expertise

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading data science teams and developing data-driven solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations

  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - £60,000 National or £50,000 - £70,000 London
