About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business problems and define, scope, and deliver solutions using the latest data science techniques. You will have the license to be creative in researching and designing solutions, leading your team to explore new and innovative ways of generating value from data and presenting findings back to stakeholders to be actioned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of data-driven solutions to complex business problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Design and implement data science techniques to extract insights from large datasets
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading data science teams and delivering business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in statistical modeling and programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, or C++
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences
  • Organized self-starter with drive and commitment
