SEMH Teaching Assistant
Are you passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant for a primary school in North London to support students with SEMH needs.

We offer:
A competitive daily rate of up to £100 paid weekly via PAYE
A long-term contract from November until July the following year
An excellent opportunity to work in a supportive school environment
First-hand experience in a 2-form entry primary school setting
The chance to develop your understanding of SEMH needs through one-to-one and small group sessions
Work alongside experienced professionals, enhancing your teaching skills and CV

Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing dedicated support to children with SEMH needs
Leading small group activities and assisting in one-to-one sessions
Collaborating with the schools SEN team to monitor and support student progress
Encouraging and inspiring students to reach their full potential through targeted learning strategies
Assisting in classroom management and creating a positive learning environment

To qualify for this role, you must have a degree from a top UK university and previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting. A genuine interest in SEMH and special educational needs is essential.
