Quality and Compliance Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Apprentice to join our team at Adler and Allan Group. As a Quality and Compliance Apprentice, you will play a key role in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and advise on the performance of our quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance against set standards.
  • Internal auditing of Management Systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with other managers and staff to ensure that our quality management system is functioning properly, advising on changes and implementing tools and techniques to achieve quality standards.
  • Devising and establishing quality procedures, standards, and specifications, reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet current guidelines.
  • Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring they are met.
  • Managing investigation and root cause analysis of complaints.
  • Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures to accommodate the wider needs of the business and its systems.
  • Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
  • Identifying and implementing required changes and improvements.
  • Using relevant quality tools and ensuring managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and undertaking Quality, Environmental, and H&S Management System Internal Audits.
  • Communicating, supporting, and raising awareness of the documented management system through email communication, intranet updates, and quality control of relevant networked areas.
  • Effective document control and record control to demonstrate compliance.
