Job Description
Framatome seeks an experienced UK Context Lead to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating UK Context requirements into NSA Consortium processes, ensuring proportionate arrangements are understood and consistently applied by engineering services. They will also manage technical solution lifecycles, collate progress data, and develop training programs. Additionally, they will provide regulatory monitoring and quarterly/yearly reports for the SZC project. Furthermore, they will support HPC teams within EPR-E for workload management.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Collating progress and accountability data for live UK-Context delivery plan.
  • Supporting documentation in the scope of UK-Context (templates, guidance, training, procedures).
  • Developing formal training programs and making them available to NSA Consortium.
  • Performing Regulatory Monitoring for the SZC project and issuing internal quarterly reports and yearly reports.
  • Supporting HPC teams within EPR-E for workload management.


The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the nuclear industry, nuclear safety, and Health and Safety legislation. They should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, including delivering training and facilitating workshop sessions. Specific skills required include:
  • Knowledge of the nuclear industry and nuclear plant operation.
  • Knowledge of nuclear safety from a design or operation point of view.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation including CDM, Nuclear Site License, and Environmental Permit requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered for this position.
