Outpatient Clinic Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Outpatient Clinic Coordinator. This is a full-time position that will provide administrative, clerical, and reception support to our Westmoreland Street Outpatients department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
- GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and data protection
- Experience in a customer-facing environment with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
