Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative, clerical, and reception services to the Westmoreland Street Outpatients department.

  • Maintain databases and utilize Excel with confidence.
  • Manage a high-volume workload and take ownership of tasks.
About the Role

This is a full-time position working alongside an admin team and providing support to the multidisciplinary clinical teams at Westmoreland Street.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual who demonstrates knowledge and skills with a focus on maintaining and achieving positive patient experience.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential as the role involves working closely within a multidisciplinary team.
