Staff Nurse – Outpatients Specialist

Job Summary
The London Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the provision of a coordinated, high-quality outpatient service to cancer and aesthetic patients in consultation with the outpatient manager.
- Participate in practice development forums within and external to the Clinic.
- Work clinically and adhere to the NMC Code.
- Enable clinical effectiveness by mentoring/facilitating junior staff to achieve optimum competence and clinical performance in patient care.
- Provide high-level patient experience, ensuring safety and striving for best outcome scenarios.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
- Post-registration experience in Plastics, Aesthetics, or Reconstruction.
- Facilitating education for pre- and post-registration students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate own workload.
- Friendly and adaptable approach who is able to work as part of a team and has an awareness of clinical audit and clinical governance.
