Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in supporting our patients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in the governance of the department, including risk management, health and safety, and audit activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
Person Specification
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse who possesses the following qualities:
- Extensive experience as a Staff Nurse in a similar healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Sound knowledge and experience within various clinical specialties.
- Demonstrable experience in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the development of others.
