Staff Nurse – Outpatients

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient team at The London Clinic. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering quality standards of nursing care to patients in our Outpatient department. You will work closely with senior and junior staff to ensure seamless delivery of care and adhere to the Clinic's Philosophy, Departmental Policies/Protocols, and NMC guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the provision of a coordinated, high-quality outpatient service to cancer and aesthetic patients in consultation with the outpatient manager.
- Participate in practice development forums within and external to the Clinic.
- Work clinically and adhere to the NMC Code.
- Enable clinical effectiveness by mentoring/facilitating junior staff to achieve optimum competence and clinical performance in patient care.
- Provide high-level patient experience, ensuring safety and striving for best outcome scenarios.
- Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
- Post-registration experience in Plastics, Aesthetics, or Reconstruction.
- Facilitating education for pre and post-registration students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate own workload.
- Friendly and adaptable approach who is able to work as part of a team and has an awareness of clinical audit and clinical governance.
