We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient team at The London Clinic. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering quality standards of nursing care to patients in our Outpatient department. You will work closely with senior and junior staff to ensure seamless care delivery and adhere to the Clinic's Philosophy, Departmental Policies/Protocols, and NMC guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Outpatient department.
- Work collaboratively with senior and junior staff to ensure effective care delivery.
- Adhere to the Clinic's Philosophy, Departmental Policies/Protocols, and NMC guidelines.
- Participate in practice development forums to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
- Post-registration experience in Plastics, Aesthetics, or Reconstruction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate own workload.
- Friendly and adaptable approach with a strong team player ethos.
