About the Role
The Administrator will support the Engineering Process Team with administration of engineering changes. The team is responsible for developing new technologies and supporting the production of X-ray security machines. The role can be hybrid with 3 days a week on site in Redhill.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinate, prioritize, and manage the ECO (Engineering Change Order) process to determine which orders are released and when, monitor, and achieve accurate and timely releases.
- Support cross-departmental liaison to aid the seamless introduction of changes released via ECO.
- Develop and implement new processes as needed, as well as improvements to the ECO (and related) processes.
- Provide Engineering, developmental, and process support for business aspects as needed, including work on ECOs and their related aspects, review ECOs, Special Projects, etc.
- To provide administrative support to the senior engineering team to aid the smooth running of the department.
