Job Description

Overview

OSI Systems, Inc is a leading provider of detection technology solutions for various industries. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Process Administrator to support our Engineering Process Team in managing engineering changes and implementing new processes.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering Process Team to coordinate, prioritize, and manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process. This includes determining which orders are released and when, monitoring and achieving accurate and timely releases.

The role will also involve supporting cross-departmental liaison to ensure seamless introduction of changes released via ECO. Additionally, the candidate will develop and implement new processes as needed, as well as improvements to the ECO and related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize ECOs to ensure timely releases
  • Support cross-departmental liaison to facilitate smooth introduction of changes
  • Develop and implement new processes as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the senior engineering team

Qualifications

  • Experience in Engineering Change Management or related processes
  • Attention to detail and adherence to defined process flow
  • Open-minded and creative approach to processes and problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
