Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary:

The Engineering Process Administrator will provide administrative support to the Engineering Process Team, focusing on the administration of engineering changes. This role will involve coordinating, prioritizing, and managing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, ensuring accurate and timely releases. The successful candidate will also develop and implement new processes as needed, as well as improvements to the ECO and related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prioritize ECO releases, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support cross-departmental liaison to facilitate seamless introduction of changes.
  • Develop and implement new processes, as well as improvements to existing ones.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior engineering team, ensuring smooth departmental operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Engineering Change Management or related processes.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to defined process flow.
  • Open-minded and creative approach to processes, process design, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Engineering background advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Engineering Change Procedures and/or change management systems desirable.
