About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our sales and marketing function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to sales teams on prospecting, marketing, and customer journey strategies
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing processes, policies, and systems to maximize user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX)
  • Assist with data analysis and produce adoption metrics for upward reporting to monitor delivery of the customer journey and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Support the application of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and content management
  • Provide administrative support to the day-to-day operation of the sales and marketing function, including developing and communicating new processes as required
Requirements
  • Experience in a property sales and/or marketing role, preferably in a new homes environment
  • Understanding of all functions within and connected to sales and marketing
  • Good knowledge and usage of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide a quality presentation of information
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload
  • Good time management and ability to work under pressure
Desirable Skills
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations, including consumer code, NHQC, GDPR, and ASA
  • Experience of supporting the application of digital marketing, particularly with SEO, CMS content management
  • Foundational understanding of the marketing channel mix, with a particular focus on digital marketing
