About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our sales and marketing function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on prospecting, marketing, and customer journey initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Support the analysis and reporting of sales and marketing data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a property development or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including customer journey mapping and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including consumer code and GDPR.
  • Understanding of marketing channel mix and digital marketing principles.
