About the Role

Rise Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planner to join our team. As a key member of our retail planning team, you will be responsible for forecasting and planning inventory volumes for designated categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain store stock availability through the management of OTB, WSSIs, and Range Planning.
  • Monitor sales, stock holding, and margin targets to ensure optimum inventory levels are maintained in line with space and availability needs.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and minimize the risk of stock shortages.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working in a retail merchandising environment, preferably at Merchandiser level or Senior Assistant Merchandiser/Junior Merchandiser looking to take the next step.
  • Outstanding planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to forge relationships with others in the business using influencing and relationship-building skills.
