**Retail Space Planner**

Are you ready for a role filled with creativity and commercial, strategic thinking, whilst having a blast in our Mock Shop? Become the mastermind behind our on-shelf sales success.

As a Retail Space Planner, you'll create eye-catching planograms and visually stunning displays. Your mission is to make our products shine and our customers go "Wow"

But wait, there's more You'll get to flex your planning muscles using the Spaceman planogram system, designing and building store displays in our very own Mock Shop. It's like having your own retail playground.

We're not just about looks though. Your keen eye for opportunity will be instrumental in identifying merchandising areas where we can outshine our competitors. And as an expert collaborator, you'll work closely with the Merchandising, Buying, and Operational teams, presenting your brilliant ideas and helping bring them to life.

**Your Mission**:

- Produce planograms and visual merchandising guidance material, collaborating with Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations to showcase our products in their best light.
- Bring the merchandising activity calendar to life by creating and maintaining all planograms using the Spaceman planogram system.
- Get hands-on in our Mock Shop, building store displays that will leave customers in awe and our competitors green with envy.
- Keep an eye on the competition, staying one step ahead by continually reviewing their activity and identifying areas for improvement.
- Be the champion of merchandising opportunities, sharing your insights and recommendations with the Merchandising, Buying, and Operational teams.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal stock levels, ensuring our shelves are always filled with retail greatness.

**Skills and experience that set you apart**:

- Experience in a Retail Space Planning, Visual Merchandising role or relevant retail experience working with planograms.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel, and administration skills, because even superheroes need to stay organised.
