Merchandise Planner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser / Planner to join our team at Rise Resourcing. As a key member of our retail planning team, you will be responsible for forecasting and planning inventory volumes for your designated category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain store stock availability via the management of OTB, WSSIs and Range Planning.
- Monitor sales, stock holding and margin targets to ensure optimum inventory levels are maintained in line with space and availability needs.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, minimising the risk of stock shortages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a Retail Merchandising environment at Merchandiser level or Senior Assistant Merchandiser / Junior Merchandiser looking to take their next step.
- Outstanding planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with others in the business.
- Autonomy and accountability, with the opportunity to earn a competitive basic salary and excellent benefits package.
