We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Creative Services. This role will play a pivotal part in establishing the smooth operation of our Production Directorate.



Key Responsibilities

  • Implement robust project management processes to ensure efficient workflow in content delivery.
  • Continuously improve, streamline, and assess best processes and ways of working to deliver content on time and within budget.
  • Oversee production of all shoots and content activations, implementing critical path and ensuring alignment with Strategy Directorates and creative teams.
  • Co-create, build, and maintain planning roadmap and critical paths, prioritizing with departmental budget and strategic objectives.


Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in department and team management, training and development, and strategic implementation of efficient content production workflows.
  • Expert knowledge of project management tools and techniques, with focus on time and resource management.
  • Strong mentorship and coaching skills, with ability to upskill producers and empower them to take on complex projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of budget management principles, balancing financial constraints with creative requirements.


Desirable Criteria

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to find creative solutions to last-minute issues and challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
