About Mediabrands Content Studio

We are the in-house content production studio for Mediabrands, delivering innovative content solutions to our clients across various media disciplines.

Role Overview

As the Head of Dynamic Content Operations, you will lead our Addressable Content team in promoting DCO initiatives throughout the business. This role requires a strong leader who can champion DCO campaigns across various media disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead the Addressable Content team, promoting DCO initiatives and driving business growth.
  2. Sales and Presentation: Promote DCO and Addressable Content solutions to internal teams and clients, developing persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
  3. Product Development: Collaborate with the internal product team to enhance our service offerings, leveraging DCO technologies and platforms to optimize content delivery and performance.
  4. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects and clients across different time zones, ensuring organizational efficiency and effective communication.
  5. Communication: Conduct daily check-ins with teams, coordinate across departments, and maintain internal and external communications.
  6. Presentations: Present to both internal and external audiences, developing compelling decks for internal teams and clients.
  7. Case Studies: Develop case studies showcasing successful DCO projects, highlighting innovative strategies and results.
  8. Timeline Management: Organize feedback calls with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
  9. Risk Management: Assess and manage project risks proactively, ensuring the successful execution of DCO initiatives.
  10. Budget Management: Manage budgets, hire freelancers when necessary, and report costs to the head of the department.
  11. Escalation Point: Serve as the escalation point for all live projects, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
  12. Creative Leadership: Provide thought leadership on using DCO effectively for projects, developing innovative strategies and solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in DCO, sales, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and executing successful DCO campaigns, as well as experience working across multiple time zones.
