We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our pharmacy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management and daily running of the pharmacy department, ensuring the safe and effective provision of medicine management services to patients, staff, consultants, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical direction and leadership for the pharmacy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Manage the safe and effective medicine management service, including workforce planning, rostering, and daily review.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Registered pharmacist or pharmacy technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Knowledge of General Pharmaceutical Council Codes of Professional Conduct, Ethics, and Performance, and their implications for practice.
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
