About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at Hull City Council. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children living in our Children's Homes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support children with complex health needs and disabilities during the night, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and record their health needs, providing accurate and timely updates to colleagues and senior staff.
- Assist with personal care needs, promoting independence and dignity.
- Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment, adhering to policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in care work, preferably with children.
- Ability to write up records and communicate effectively with colleagues and senior staff.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
