About the RoleVivid Healthcare Search Limited is seeking an experienced Care Home Assistant to join our agency team. As a Care Home Assistant, you will provide support to care home residents, assisting with personal care, maintaining independence, and ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities- Support residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.)
- Assist residents in maintaining their independence and well-being
- Work closely with care teams and follow individual care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding are followed
- £12 per hour with flexible working hours
- Choose from 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Day, night, and weekend shifts available
- Work across multiple care homes for varied experience
- Weekly pay with full shift flexibility
- Access to ongoing training and development
- Prior experience working as an HCA in a care home setting is preferred
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential)
- Work authorization for the UK required
- A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
