Game Designer

We are seeking a skilled Game Designer to join our team at 36.7 Studio Ltd. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative gameplay and mechanics to ensure high-quality and playability of our games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Game Design: Create detailed game design documentation, including game rules, system design, and user interface layouts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development and art teams to turn creative concepts into actual game content.
  • Testing and Debugging: Participate in the testing and debugging process of the game, making improvements and optimizations based on feedback.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and player feedback to continuously improve game design and enhance player experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring efficient team operations and design quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of game design experience, with AAA game development experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong creative abilities, proficient in game design tools and software, with project management experience.
  • Language: Proficiency in multiple languages, with a strong preference for candidates who are fluent in both English and an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean).
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £38,000 to £40,000 and a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
