About the Position

This role is ideal for students who enjoy working with people, are detail-oriented, and can multitask effectively. As a Security Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills while making a positive impact on the University Housing community.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
  • Address resident concerns and respond to emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with Residence Life Professional Staff Members and other University Housing staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

**Requirements:

  • Satisfactory completion of University Criminal Background Check and University Housing Resident and Guest Behavior Check.
  • Retain part-time status as a student at UWM.
  • Possess a cumulative 2.0 GPA.
  • Be in good behavior standing with University Housing and UWM.
  • Demonstrate qualities of leadership, responsibility, and independence.
  • Have willingness to accept new responsibilities and challenges.

**Salary Range:** $12-$15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
