Financial Operations Specialist

The Resolute Group Limite is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support the commercial team in managing and monitoring records on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process allocated records payable in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure all records have correct authorisations and relevant coding
  • Amend records as required to ensure adherence to payment process
  • Identify, index, file, and retain records in accordance with relevant filing system and statutory requirements
  • Resolve queries efficiently for internal and external customers
  • Complete filing requirements on a weekly basis
  • Assist Manager with ad hoc projects and support team members as directed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a project environment with a Commercial/Accountant team is essential
