Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Join SBC Telford as a Regional Sales Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and sales skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales and managing accounts throughout the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve targets and grow sales in the Midlands area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including housing associations, councils, national housebuilders, and regional housebuilders.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including local contractors, developers, and social housing providers.
  • Proactively canvass new business and establish a strong sales pipeline.
  • Establish and measure weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs to track sales performance.
  • Report on all salient information, including customer, market, and competitor intelligence within the designated areas.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure sector awareness and ensure all customer queries are handled appropriately.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership capability with a flexible and motivating approach to people management.
  • Ability to listen and influence, with a clear ability to report and present.
  • Excellent 360-degree communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse lost business and review opportunities to increase successful conversions.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
