Regional Sales Director

Join SBC Telford as a Regional Sales Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and sales skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales and managing accounts throughout the Midlands area.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve targets and grow sales in the Midlands area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including housing associations, councils, national housebuilders, and regional housebuilders.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including local contractors, developers, and social housing providers.
- Proactively canvass new business and establish a strong sales pipeline.
- Establish and measure weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs to track sales performance.
- Report on all salient information, including customer, market, and competitor intelligence within the designated areas.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure sector awareness and ensure all customer queries are handled appropriately.
- Strong leadership capability with a flexible and motivating approach to people management.
- Ability to listen and influence, with a clear ability to report and present.
- Excellent 360-degree communication skills.
- Ability to analyse lost business and review opportunities to increase successful conversions.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
