Business Development Representative

The Portfolio Group is a global business that offers superior services to solve HR and Employment Law needs. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Partnership Specialist to join our ever-expanding team in Manchester City Centre Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers with a high value fit for our offerings and schedule meetings for Business Development Managers.
- Schedule Meetings: Arrange product demonstrations for BDMs and work closely with the sales team to align strategies and share insights.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, providing regular reports on lead generation activities and sales performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Sales, preferably Business to Business Sales.
- CRM Software and Microsoft Office: Previous experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office is essential.
We Offer:
- A starting base salary of £23,000 - £25,000 with uncapped earning potential, achieving an OTE of £40,000+ from year one.
