About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced House Porter to provide seamless service to our discerning guests. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of guest satisfaction, from preparing rooms to providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide intuitive and flexible support to our guests, exceeding their expectations and delighting them with every interaction.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure all areas of the hotel meet our high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a 5-star hotel, preferably in a similar role, performing light and deep cleaning tasks, housekeeping duties, and maintenance responsibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, our primary language.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Remain patient and composed in stressful situations, prioritizing guest needs and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Self-Motivation: Work independently, managing your time and workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a thorough and meticulous approach to your work, ensuring every task is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Physical Fitness: Possess the physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, such as heavy lifting and furniture moving.
