About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel. As a Paediatric Neuro Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people with neurological conditions, providing expert care and support to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat children and young people with neurological conditions, using evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, using a range of techniques and tools to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Provide education and support to families and carers, empowering them to take an active role in their child's care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Physiotherapist.
  • Recent experience working with children and young people with neurological conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
