About the Role
We're looking for a talented Retail Supervisor to join our team at Toolstation in Cardiff Sloper Road. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Store Manager: Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach them to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store: Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, and put orders together.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver a great customer experience with a smile on your face, no matter how busy you are, and coach the team to do the same.
- Building Relationships with Customers: Make sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
- Maintaining a Positive Working Environment: Maintain our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
