Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our stocktaking team, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
- Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites
- Ensure all stock taking activities are completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights
- Ability to travel to different client sites each day
- Full driving license
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
