Job Description

We are seeking experienced Advanced Clinical Nurse Practitioners/Clinical Nurse Specialists with a strong background in endocrinology to join our team. As a key member of our medical monitoring team, you will be responsible for reviewing study and participant clinical safety data, developing and implementing disease-specific education, and providing clinical expertise to project teams.

Responsibilities
  • Medical Monitoring: Review study and participant clinical safety data to ensure the safety of participants and the integrity of the study.
  • Disease-Specific Education: Develop and implement disease-specific education for internal teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to support the study.
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical expertise to project teams to support the development and implementation of clinical research studies.
  • Study Conduct: Assist the Clinical Operations team with activities related to study participant recruitment, screening, and study conduct.
  • New Business Development: Participate in new business activities by providing clinical input in written proposals for conducting a client's clinical trial.
Qualifications
  • Education: Masters or doctorate degree in nursing or equivalent qualifications.
  • Registration: Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and NMC pin number.
  • Experience: Significant experience as a clinical nurse practitioner or nurse consultant within endocrinology.
  • Clinical Research Experience: Clinical research experience preferred.
