Clinical Research Expert in Haematology/Oncology

We are seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners/Clinical Nurse Specialists with Haematology/Oncology expertise to join our team. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will work closely with our physicians to support the development of new treatments for patients with haematologic and oncologic diseases.
Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Disease-Specific Education: Create and deliver clinical education programs for internal teams to enhance their knowledge and skills in haematology and oncology.
- Review Clinical Safety Data: Analyze study participant clinical safety data, including laboratory results, medications, and medical history, as part of our medical monitoring team.
- Review Study Protocols: Evaluate assigned protocols for scientific and participant safety matters and risks, ensuring the highest standards of clinical research.
- Attend Project Meetings: Participate in pre-study and study-related meetings with project teams, providing clinical expertise and guidance.
- Support Study Conduct: Assist the Clinical Operations team with activities related to study participant recruitment, screening, and study conduct.
- Provide Clinical Input: Contribute to new business activities by providing clinical input in Medpace's written proposals for conducting a client's clinical trial.
- Serve as Clinical Expert: Serve as a clinical expert in business presentations to new clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
- Education: Masters or doctorate degree in nursing, or equivalent qualifications.
- Registration: Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and NMC pin number.
- Experience: Significant experience as an advanced nurse practitioner/clinical nurse specialist within haematology/oncology/haem-oncology.
- Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Clinical Research Experience: Clinical research experience preferred.
- Autonomous Work: Evidence of autonomous clinical or research work at senior level.
