Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner to join our team at HPRtalent. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation.

About the Role:

The HR Business Partner will support the business by leading the strategic HR agenda within Manufacturing and logistics. You will work cross-functionally to provide solutions, design and implement company-wide, strategic People initiatives, and partner with the leadership teams to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the human resources strategy to support the senior leadership teams by understanding strategic business goals and objectives.
  • Advising on the execution of organisational change initiatives, assessing human resources implications of various strategies, and providing guidance to business leaders on human resources issues.
  • Partner with the leaders and their staff to provide strategic HR partnership to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable the functions.
  • Partner with the Leadership teams to develop and embed a positive and forward-thinking organisational culture and leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change and improve the employee experience.
  • Builds organisational capabilities, reduces complexity, and partners with clients to maximise team performance.
  • Strategically partner with Leadership teams to design and implement the most effective structures to drive business growth, simplification, and maximised team performance.
  • Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to business leaders, assisting in the development of strong, leadership skills. Provide strategic coaching focusing on succession planning, career path development, and performance management.
  • Recognising, select, retain, and develop key talent to drive total quality and excellence.
  • Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organisation, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring, training, etc.
  • Strategically lead business and HR team through critical HR processes such as People Reviews, salary planning, performance management, culture, and change management.
  • With the support of recruitment, develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain strong and diverse talent.
  • Partner with broader HR team to share best practices, support local/site priorities, deliver cross-site/functional initiatives, and encourage team growth.
About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner who has a strong background in HR, business, or a related field. You will have a proven track record of success in HR Business Partnering, with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment, ideally in the FMCG sector.

You will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and an MSc in Human Resources or L7 CIPD qualified. You will also have project management experience and a strong understanding of HR concepts and principles.

You will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to connect the dots and drive the HR agenda with proactive thought leadership. You will be confident in your ability to voice opinions and ideas, and deliver tough feedback/coaching to leadership.
