Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team in East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a fast-growing and award-winning company that values its employees and provides a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, resolving day-to-day queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer correspondence and respond to customer inquiries in line with company service standards.
  • Work closely with the Customer Services and Warehouse Teams to ensure the smooth running of all contracts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage live chat and deal with any inbound queries, passing them on to the relevant departments within agreed time-frames.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, working to deadlines and service level commitments.
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Good standard of written and verbal communication.
  • Previous knowledge and experience of logistics and delivery services (desirable).
