Behaviour Support Professional for Vulnerable Children

We are seeking a motivated individual to provide behaviour management strategies across the classroom for children demonstrating potentially challenging behaviour.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEMH needs
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised plans
- Support students in developing social skills and emotional regulation strategies
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

You will receive additional Team Teach/Positive Behaviour Management training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
