About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Care Support Specialist to join our team in delivering Integrated Urgent Care services across Wiltshire, Swindon, and Bath and North East Somerset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive clinicians to patient homes safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of medications and consumables used during shifts.
  • Support clinicians while on shift and communicate with patients via phone or in person.

The successful candidate will work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, and must possess a valid UK driving license and good level of driving experience.

The salary for this role is £95/hour, with enhancements of up to £16.13/hour for evening and weekend shifts. We also offer a range of benefits, including a discretionary staff bonus scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and company pension scheme.
