Job Overview
Somerset Care, a leading not-for-profit care provider in the South West, seeks a dedicated individual to join our Home Care Team in Keynsham and surrounding areas. As a Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, tailored care to support and enrich the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Accompany customers to appointments, shopping, and daily living routines
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Understand and implement care plans to meet individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Collaborate with colleagues to raise concerns and ensure excellent customer care

Requirements
- Full valid driving license and own vehicle
- Knowledge of Keynsham area and ability to commute
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
- Availability for 7-2 and/or 4-10 shifts across Monday-Sunday on a two-week rolling rota
- Alternate weekend availability
