We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Trainer to join our team at NHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical support and interventions to individuals in our care.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the provision of person-centred clinical support and interventions, ensuring compliance with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Identify priorities and manage resources effectively to maintain and improve the quality of care delivered.
- Lead the clinical team to ensure delivery of high-quality care and support, conducting supervision, competency assessments, and appraisals.
- Develop and implement innovative plans for development and high performance within the nursing/clinical team.
- Take the lead role in managing clinical interventions, ensuring practices align with company policies and statutory guidance.
- NMC PIN is required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Complex Care nursing.
- Competitive salary of £47,551.32 per hour.
