Job Title: Health & Social Care Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Health & Social Care Trainer to deliver high-quality training to our staff members in a supportive and friendly environment. Our training facilities are located in various offices across the North West region, including Preston, Chorley, Southport, Blackpool, Blackburn, and Trafford, as well as our Residential Home Victoria House in Brierfield and Rivington Park Nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs for new recruits and existing staff members
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare and social care policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with our care teams to ensure seamless integration of training into our daily operations
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of our training programs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in healthcare and social care training
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and social care policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
