Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Hawk Brown Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and supporting a team of Estate Managers to ensure all estates within their portfolio meet compliance requirements and provide an award-winning level of customer service.

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Covering a portfolio of estates across the South of England
  • Ensuring all estate services are compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Leading, motivating and managing team members
  • Monitoring the service and providing effective solutions for improvement

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a positive and proactive attitude, be comfortable using their own initiative to resolve issues, and be willing to travel on a day-to-day basis.

Benefits include 27 days holiday + BH, pension, life cover, sick pay scheme and long-standing awards.

Estimated salary range: £40,500 + car allowance.
