About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to lead our payment services team at Motorway.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our payment services department, ensuring that all payments are processed efficiently and accurately.

You will have experience in a regulated environment and a solid understanding of e-commerce payment solutions. You will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve outstanding results.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of payment service professionals
  • Develop and implement processes to improve payment efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize payment processing costs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a regulated environment, preferably in payment services
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
