About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Ted Baker. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and promoting the Ted Baker brand.
  • Stay up-to-date on current products, including the 6 C's (Colour, Composition, Cost, Care, Cut, and Called).
  • Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment methods, and housekeeping standards to maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and briefings, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals.
  • Support new hires through friendly mentorship and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
