About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Ted Baker in Livingston. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Main Responsibilities
  • People
    • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
    • Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
    • Support new colleagues in their induction and development
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Product
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers
    • Ensure the store is merchandised to the highest standard and maintain a clean and organized environment
    • Support the implementation of visual merchandising and display standards
  • Commercial
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales results through the GOTFAT (Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank) approach
    • Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
    • Actively seek knowledge and take ownership of achieving sales targets and supporting brand promotions
  • Operations
    • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment
    • Adhere to loss prevention measures and protect company assets
