The Sales Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store. As a Seasonal Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Ted Baker, providing a warm and memorable experience for our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide a high level of service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Use all available tools and information to stay up-to-date on current products and increase awareness of our brand.
- Product Knowledge
- Develop a keen personal interest in Ted Baker and support brand messaging.
- Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment methods, and housekeeping standards to ensure our store is represented at the highest level.
- Commercial Acumen
- Deliver exceptional sales performance, achieving and exceeding location KPIs and supporting all brand promotions and campaigns.
- Actively seek knowledge and take personal ownership of achieving sales targets.
- Operations
- Follow company policies and procedures, with an ability to work unsupervised.
- Adhere to all company health and safety procedures and report any potentially unsafe conditions to management.
